Service Agreements

We’ve been providing maintenance and service to some customers for over forty years.  Much of the industry service providers use maintenance agreements or service contracts as a tool to sell customers additional and sometimes unnecessary equipment.  

Our policy is to provide a service that is in the best financial interest of the customer.  It is a policy that is not taken lightly; we always make an effort to consider all the options that make sense.  For instance, a typical question we ask is how long a property will be kept.  The answer to that question sheds light on how to make the best recommendation to the customer.  Additionally it’s important to understand how a building is used, for instance a church is occupied on Sundays and may sit idle much of the remaining week.  So how we set up a heating system will differ from many other facilities.  

We understand that every situation is different, therefore we always attempt to gauge what is a priority based upon the specific needs of each customer.
